To open a bet365 account, you can complete the Join Us form and follow the online registration process.

Registration
During registration, you are required to provide us with your personal information, this includes but is not limited to, your full name, date of birth, address and contact details.
It is important to ensure that your full name is registered with us as it appears on your identification documents. Click here for further information on account verification.
Good to know
bet365 operates a one account per customer policy. Where our system detects that you have previously held an account with us, you will be directed to recover your login details.

One Time Passcode
A One Time Passcode is required upon account creation. Once the open account form is submitted, you will receive a pop up prompting you to verify your mobile number.
You will be unable to log into your account until your mobile number is verified.
To do this:

Select Get Code to receive a six-digit passcode by SMS.

Enter the passcode within 20 minutes. If the passcode expires, choose Resend.

On seeing a Your code was verified message, proceed to Log In.
Good to know
If you have entered your mobile number incorrectly during registration, you can edit this on the pop-up by selecting Edit phone number. You are unable to register a mobile number that is already registered on our system.
You have three attempts to enter the correct code. If you exceed the maximum number of attempts, you must wait 10 minutes before you can attempt to enter the One Time Passcode again.
You can request a new code up to five times within an hour.
